Certain spaces, days and times carry a minimum spend. This is not an extra fee, it is the minimum you need to spend on catering. All food packages count toward it. Beverage spend does not.
Choose a food package and tailor it for dietary requirements. Beverage packages are optional, or run a bar tab or drinks on consumption. A beverage package has to cover all guests.
