MEETING ROOMS IN TOOWOOMBA
A BOARDROOM IN THE CBD, WITH A KITCHEN ATTACHED

Meetings go better when the room isn't fighting you. The screen works, the coffee arrives without anyone ducking out for it, and people can park. That's most of the brief for meeting rooms in Toowoomba, and it's a surprisingly short list to get right.
What to look for
Check the screen and the connections before you book, particularly if anyone is dialling in. Ask whether the room is genuinely private, because a corner of a restaurant is not the place for a performance review or a tender briefing. Ask how catering works and when it can be served, so you're not scheduling your break around the kitchen.
The boardroom at The Rock
Our boardroom sits on Level 1 with its own private access, built for meetings, training days and client presentations. There's AV and video conferencing technology, power where you need it, and a door that closes properly.
Catering comes from our kitchen downstairs, so you can run morning tea, a working lunch or a proper sit down meal without leaving the building. If the day turns into drinks, you're already in the right place.
Parking and getting there
We're at 520 Ruthven Street in the middle of the Toowoomba CBD, so most people can walk from the office. Function bookings include parking spaces at Oaks Toowoomba next door, which takes one more thing off your list.
Bigger sessions
If you're running a workshop or a team day, Room 1911 seats up to 60 theatre style or 32 cabaret, with a private bar and its own event staff. Level One handles larger conferences and can be set for presentations, with six big screens and a portable stage.
Book it
Send an enquiry through the functions page with your date, numbers and the set up you need, and we'll hold the room and sort the catering.
